Welcome to IndieClassroom! By signing up for our classes or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, just reach out to us! 😊

 

 

1. 👥 Registration & Account

 

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up.

  • Parents must register on behalf of children under 18.

  • Keep login details safe — don’t share your account with others.

 

 

2. 📆 Class Scheduling

 

  • Classes are scheduled in advance based on mutual availability.

  • You must inform us at least 6 hours in advance if you can’t attend.

  • Missed classes without notice are not refundable or reschedulable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and teacher convenience.

 

 

3. 💳 Payments & Packages

 

  • All classes must be paid in advance.

  • Packages (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly) must be used within the validity period.

  • Fees are non-refundable once classes have begun, unless there’s a serious issue.

  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, and international cards via payment link.

 

 

4. 🎵 Class Conduct

 

  • Students are expected to attend on time and behave respectfully.

  • Cameras must be turned ON during class unless otherwise discussed.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal without refund.

  • Please do not record or share class content without permission.

 

 

5. 🧒 For Children

 

  • Parents must ensure their child attends regularly and is well-prepared.

  • Young students should have a quiet setup and supervision when needed.

  • IndieClassroom will never knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent (as per COPPA).

 

 

6. 🎤 Recitals, Videos & Photos

 

  • By participating in recitals or submitting videos, you give us permission to share your performance on our website, certificates, or social media.

  • You can always request not to have your child’s photos or videos published.

 

 

7. 🧾 Certificates & Progress

 

  • Certificates are provided upon course/module completion based on attendance and performance.

  • Students are expected to practice regularly to make meaningful progress.

 

 

8. 🔒 Privacy

 

We respect your privacy and follow global data protection rules. For details, read our Privacy Policy.

 

 

9. ❌ Termination of Service

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

 

  • Fees are not paid on time

  • Code of conduct is violated

  • Any misuse of platform or content is detected
