At IndieClassroom, we keep our payment system simple and transparent. Please read the following payment policies carefully before enrolling.
🧾 1. Advance Payment Required

All classes must be paid in advance before the session or package begins.

Your slot is confirmed only after payment is received.

We offer flexible packages (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly):

Missed or unused classes cannot be carried forward beyond the validity period unless discussed in advance.
💰 3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment modes:
For Indian Students:

📌 4. Late Payment Policy

If payment is not received before the next class, we may pause your lessons until fees are cleared.

Consistent delays may lead to permanent slot cancellation.
🔁 5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You must inform us at least 6 hours before the class to reschedule.

Missed classes without prior notice are considered completed and are not refundable.
💸 6. Refund Eligibility
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
✅ If not satisfied within the first 2 weeks, we’ll refund the remaining classes.
🧾 7. Invoice / Receipt

A digital receipt is sent on request.
