💸 Refund Policy

At IndieClassroom, we want every student to enjoy their musical journey. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with our classes, we’re here to help.

 

 

🕒 2-Week Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you’re not happy with the classes within the first 2 weeks of starting, we’ll refund the remaining amount after deducting the value of classes already conducted.

 

✅ Valid only within the first 14 days from the date of your first class.

✅ You must email us a written request with the reason for refund.

✅ Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

 

 

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

 

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

 

  • If more than 2 weeks have passed since your first class

  • If you miss classes without informing us

  • For completed packages or expired class credits

  • For trial/demo classes

 

 

🔁 Transfer Instead of Refund

 

We are happy to:

 

  • Transfer remaining classes to another student (sibling/friend), or

  • Convert to a credit for future use (valid for 3 months)

 

 

💳 Refund Mode

 

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

  • For UPI/bank transfers, we may request your account details to process refund manually

  • International refunds may take extra time due to banking processes
